What a disaster Hilary Clinton's trip to the Caribbean was. A paltry drop in the ocean increase in funds to fight drug cartels. Does she not realize that these organizations have modified their behaviors recently and now more than two-thirds of the south-American cocaine that ends up on American soil is transported via the Caribbean? And this is accompanied by an extra 30 million dollars. What will that do? Certainly not rescue the kids from the epidemic that has started.
